Transitioning into Fall Favorites!

Mid-October makes me want to accept that it’s a new season, though I always miss summer. I am ready for Fall outfits and cozy weather… if California will get on board and drop the temperature. Here is what I’ve been loving so far this October. 

To play in my car with the windows up and the A/C on haha. At least I can pretend it feels like Autumn outside.

I am trying to make sure on top of eating breakfast before I start my work day, to have a solid amount of protein in it. Adding some Just Ingredients Plain Protein Powder to any smoothie I make is the easiest way to do this. Plus I can drink my smoothie on the way to work. My favorite currently is a Blueberry Ginger Smoothie. YUM!

A few weeks ago I went to a Hobbit Day Party where we dressed like we were from Middle Earth, had the movie on, and ate foods and drinks all made with Earl Grey Tea. I made Earl Grey Tea Chicken Kabobs and they were a hit. 

I also got to head to a Corn Maze over the weekend and surprised myself by finding my way out in under an hour this year!

Now that it isn’t 100 degrees in the afternoon Fulton and I are back to our scheduled walks. 

A nice way to relax after work and Fulton loves being outside. Though he is experiencing his first Halloween Decorations and he isn’t too sure about walking near them haha. 

Trying to get back into a reading groove. What better way than curling up with a cup of tea? I have been LOVING this Lavender Blueberry Tea in the evenings.
