Since I have gotten home, the SoCal weather has been less than ideal. (Perfect Swimming weather where are you!?) But just in time for my family reunion, the clouds finally parted and out came this beautifully sunny 80 degree day. Which made it the perfect time to show off my Outfit of the Day. Spring (or Summer).

Comfy and Casual that can easily be dressed up when needed is my
 favorite type of outfit.

Yellow and Rusty hues have become some favorite colors of mine because they just feel like a happy spring/summer time color. I found this skirt the day before while shopping with my cousin and knew it had to be mine. Not only is the color gorgeous, the material is light and airy which is great for this type of weather. The button detailing is what first caught my eye. I love anything with buttons and this is no exception. The fit is amazing but be warned there can be some gaps between the buttons, so it is best to wear a pair of shorts underneath.

The top I chose was an old white tee I’ve had lying around in one of my drawers for ages. To add a touch of detail I decided to wear it knotted, but you could definitely wear it loose or tucked in also.

For shoes I threw on a pair of white sandals with gold detailing I picked up a couple summers ago. Mainly to show off my newly polished toenails. (Anyone else do this?) A few hours later I swapped out the sandals for a pair of white Converse and the outfit looked just as cute.

I wore some pale pink sunglasses and a rose gold watch with a white band that I also got the day before while shopping at Charming Charlies. Charming Charlies has become one of my favorite stores, if you have never been I HIGHLY recommend checking it out. I also put on a layered gold necklace my brother got me one year for Christmas (thanks brothee!) that has a crescent moon.
