Up until my senior year of high school, I had never gone farther east than Colorado. One of my uncles travels all the time, recently to Spain and Morocco, and has now been to 6 of the 7 continents. I have always thought about traveling but up until my roommate told me she is going to study abroad next spring, leaving me roommate-less for a semester *tear,* I didn’t realize I really did want to travel for sure at some point in my life.
Whether that be far or local I plan to go on a lot more adventures.
Athens, Greece
I am a HUGE greek mythology fan. I spout facts like there is no tomorrow. I even got some friends to start an official mythology club at my school. Not only that but I really love architecture. When I go to museums and they have a whole room dedicated to architecture you can be sure I am there.
Based on these two things a place I would love to visit Athens to see the Parthenon at the Acropolis.
My grandparents went a couple years back and sent me pictures that I printed out and put on my wall back home.
New York City, New York
I have always wanted to go to NYC just to be a tourist and see a Broadway show on Broadway. My cousin lived here last year and loved it so I think it would at least be fun to go visit.
Ireland
I want to go to Ireland so bad. Just the whole of Ireland. I have family who lives there and my cousin always sends me photos of where she lives calling it Narnia and it is my dream to go in person. Plus Ireland has castles who could pass up castles!?
Hobbiton, New Zealand
While I have never read or seen Lord of the Rings… after my uncle went to New Zealand and showed me photos of him there and him visiting Hobbiton I want to go. It just seems insanely beautiful there and I want to see it in person.
Niagara Falls, Canada
Because my roommate says that the Canada side is better, and just look at how stunning this is! I can’t even imagine how huge this must be in person and it is something I for sure want to see with my own eyes.
